Samsung Galaxy S23 FE became the rumour mill’s favourite phone soon after the debut of new Galaxy foldable handsets. All thanks to a Samsung official from South Africa who confirmed the upcoming fan edition is in the works and will launch soon. Carrying forward the trend of leaks, the camera specification of the device has now emerged via a leak.
According to GalaxyClub, the S23 FE may have a 50MP primary lens on the back. Same as the S21 FE, an 8MP telephoto (with 3X optical zoom) lens is expected on the back. No details about the ultra-wide lens are out as of now.
On the front, a 10MP front camera is tipped by the platform, which is comparable to the S22 series. While a downgrade on paper when compared to the S21 FE in terms of pixel count, it is a flagship-grade lens that will offer significant improvements in picture quality. The report notes the phone will sit below the S23 series in terms of pricing. According to reports, the device may debut in the third quarter of 2023.

Amid the leak rush, MySmartPrice tracked the phone on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification platform’s website. As per the report, the model number was – SM-S711B/DS. This hints the launch date of the smartphone is approaching in India.

Samsung Galaxy S23 FE Tipped Specifications
On the front, the phone will likely have a flat AMOLED display. It may sport a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 in some markets and Exynos 2200 in other regions. It may run on an Android 13 and have an 8GB RAM variant. The handset also appeared on 3C, where the information hinted that the phone could support 25W wired and 15W wireless charging. A 4500mAh battery could sit on the back of the phone.
