Music enthusiasts can finally catch up on their listening habits and top songs charts for 2025 as the Apple Music Replay for this year has arrived. Just like Spotify Wrapped, the Music Replay analyzes the songs a user listens to over the course of a year before curating a customized playlist at the end of the period by cherry-picking the standout tracks from the pool. The annual phenomenon has once again hit the shelves of Apple Music, leading many to question how they can access such a report for themselves.
Apple Music Replay 2025 is here
Following the release patterns of its past iterations, Apple announced the arrival of this year’s Music Replay on December 2.
Having begun as a weekly update in 2019, before conforming to its current structure in 2022, the Music Replay allows users to take a look at the top songs, artists, and albums they’ve interacted with in a calendar year. Apple Music usually starts to collect data about total minutes listened from February and continues the process until late November before finally releasing its report.
Additionally, it is fairly simple to generate the Music Replay for oneself. To access the 2025 Music Replay, users just need to open the Apple Music app and navigate to the ‘Home’ tab. Once there, users can find their Replay in the ‘Top Picks for You’ session or by simply scrolling down to the end of the page.
Specifically talking about the 2025 edition, Apple Music Replay surprised everyone by revealing that Drake has been its most-streamed artist this year. Meanwhile, Rosé and Bruno Mars also scored big on Apple’s premier music app in 2025, with their hit single, “APT,” becoming the No. 1 song of the year.
Moreover, Kendrick Lamar’s record-breaking diss track against Drake, “Not Like Us,” once again topped the charts in the rap category. It has become the first song to achieve this feat for the second consecutive year on the app.
