A staggering 98% of all mobile phone shipments within the Indian market in 2022 were domestically produced and 16% of the production was exported, according to Hong Kong-headquartered market and research firm Counterpoint, compared to a mere 19% in 2014, the year Prime Minister Narendra…

As a woman founder and investor, I’ve thought a lot about how best to increase the number of women founders who raise capital and scale businesses. Antler is uniquely positioned to impact the gender mix of founders by virtue of our investment volume and stage at the very top of the funnel as a day zero investor. While VCs aspire to invest in more women founders, they tend to be constrained by their top-of-funnel (the proportion of founding teams they see with a woman founder). Custom PC builder modsbyben has made an official but one-of-a-kind Starfield themed PC, and now my computer just seems a bit dull by comparison. I don’t have the fanciest looking computer in the world. It’s nothing to snuff at on the inside, but it’s just kind of in a white metal box, no bells and whistles or anything. What startup founder doesn’t dream of growing their business into the next big thing? But the reality is that growth is a process—not a destination. Founders often face new and seemingly unexpected challenges as their business scales. Growth isn’t sustainable unless you’re willing to adapt and revisit key elements of your business as it scales. What worked well for a fledgling one- or two-person startup simply doesn’t make sense for a small company making its 10th hire. To make it possible to overcome the hurdles that pop up at every stage of growth, startup founders need to foster a culture…

You might not think about your monitor too much, but whether you’re working or gaming in your home, that array of pixels blasting light at your face is important.
