Acquisition News
- Ditto, which has a large presence in Atlanta, announced it acquired KeySquare Labs.
- North Carolina unicorn company Pendo announced it has acquired Forwrd.ai. Forwrd is a an Israeli-based no-code startup that “enables non-data scientists to build AI and machine learning models that predict churn risk, identify expansion opportunities, and score leads,” according to a press release. - Atlanta-based InsurTech startup Slope Software announced that Tyson Nargassans has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer. Andy Smith, Slope’s Co-Founder and former CEO, will move into the newly defined role of Chief Strategy Officer.
- Ledgible, an Atlanta-based FinTech for digital asset tax and accounting solutions, announced the appointment of Tomer Siegal as Vice President of Product.
- Charlotte-based private equity firm Watchtower Capital announced that Will Keesler has joined the firm as its Managing Partner. More details here.
