* Miami-based MyPrizeUS, a platform for the free-to-play video games market, raised a $21 million venture round, per Crunchbase.
* Atlanta-based pRxEngage, a startup working on clinical research and trials, raised an oversubscribed seed round, according to a company press release.
Acquisition News

* Volato Group, a publicly-traded Atlanta-based company that offers offers fractional jet ownership, announced plans to acquire M2i Global Inc., a critical minerals supply chain company. More details here.

* Techstars has landed in the Tampa Bay area through the accelerator program’s new Startup Community Partnership. Martika Brianna Jones will serve as the organization’s Community Director.
* The Cox Cleantech Accelerator, the Atlanta-based program created by Cox Enterprises, gener8tor, and the Georgia Cleantech Innovation Hub, announced today the next five startups that will come to Atlanta for its 12-week program.
