Toronto-based CiteRight and Ottawa-based Jurisage AI have reached an agreement to combine under the name Jurisage. CiteRight’s software helps lawyers organize and assemble litigation materials, while Jurisage has developed artificial intelligence (AI) technology for analyzing case law.
